We invite you to gather in community with Caroline, a Latina journalist, doula, yoguini and herbalist rooted in the traditions of Umbanda and Abya Yala shamanism. Join us for a prayerful exploration of the spiritual, emotional, and physical healing powers of kakaw and tobacco.
In our circles, we will delve into the transformative essence of these sacred plants, weaving together stories, meditation, ceremony, and cultural reverence. Caroline will illuminate the concepts of positionality, mindful approaches to plant medicine, and the vital importance of decolonization and allyship in our relationship with these sacred plants today.
